The sales associate was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
I ordered three different dresses for an all the same size. They arrived and were all completely different sizing. Same dress completely different fit. None of them worked, and when I reached out to return, I was encouraged to accept a 20% refund rather than having to pay shipping overseas. I continued to ask to return and they eventually came up to a 60% refund. I got tired of arguing with them so 60% refund it is. Shipping also took almost a month. Do not buy from here.

Amazing experience there last night during gallery hop. I was with others, so didn’t get a chance to really shop and try on, but the limited time I had in there was great! Wonderful selection, so well curated, Renee could not have been sweeter and more personable to me and all the other patrons. I can’t wait to go back and actually shop. The selection is great!
This place had so many cute things! There was this adorable Jean jumpsuit I wish I would habe gotten! Staff was so sweet too!
Such a cute boutique! They have a great selection of clothing and accessories! I was able to grab the perfect sweater on my visit to Columbus. Love that they have an online shop since I live out of town!

I had such a good experience at Stella & Grace! I came in and Holly immediately connected with my autistic kiddo, talking with him about his passion for public transit while I tried on dresses. It was such a relief to be treated so kindly knowing that some places have staff who are judgmental and don't really get how to interact with autistic folks. I wasn't able to find a dress that worked for me on this occasion, but I'd definitely come back if I came to town again. The styles were lovely! Thank you again to the shop and to Holly!
Every time I visit the boutique - over a span of years - the experience is pleasant. Beautiful, unique clothing and jewelry that you don’t see all the time. Customers are consistently treated well and it’s always fun to shop. Highly recommend!

Went into the store Saturday and was absolutely in love with the. Cashier at the front counter was amazing I found a beautiful pumpkin and was hoping it was for sale and it was not. But this is art! I absolutely love it. Great prices and I can’t remember the lady’s name working Saturday 10/30/21 around 2:20 but she is amazing and I will be coming by to buy more clothing. This is a great place to shop!
